At the fat we’re comitted by putting pride and passion in all we do. We continue to be curious about new food and new tastes. We don’t claim to be 100% green or sustainable but we care and do our best to shop local and organic. We serve fish from local fish shop (Ben de Lange), our meat is from Lindenhoff farm and the bread we use is baked at Jordy’s Bakery.
