At The Fat we’re committed by putting pride and passion in all we do. We don’t claim to be 100% green or sustainable but we care and strive to minimize our environmental impact. 

This means we:

Keep up to date with corporate social responsibility and inform our staff and others with this knowledge.

Make choices based on sustainability and quality and will not settle for less. Our suppliers know our needs and we will sample to see if it meets our standards.

Shop local and in season. We serve North Sea fish from local fish shop Ben de Lange, our meat and diary is from Lindenhoff farm and the bread we use is baked at Jordy’s Bakery.

Contribute to charities that we feel are important right now.

Inform our guests how to help us reduce our footprint.

Continually work on reducing our waste and consumption of fuels
